The Citymarina is situated on the west bank of the Strelasund opposite Rügen and Hiddensee. The Greifswald Bodden and the Vorpommern Bodden Landscape are the home territory of Stralsund. Charter companies offer motor and sailing charters. The charter boats are located in the Citymarina.

Coming from Hamburg or Berlin via the A20, take the B96 in the direction of Stralsund/Fähre, exit at Hafen/ Stralsund–Dänholm then take „An der Hafenbahn“, „Am Langenkanal“ and „Am Fischmarkt“ to Seestraße.

Parking for loading and unloading is available directly at the marina, long-term parking is available for a fee.

Good train connections from Hamburg or Berlin.

The nearest ferry ports are Sassnitz–Muk-ran and Rostock. There are good car ferry connections to Denmark and Sweden (Gedser – Rostock, Trelleborg – Rostock, Trelleborg – Sassnitz). From the ports, you can get to Stralsund by bus and train or by car.

The nearest airports are Rostock-Laage, Hamburg or Berlin. From here, you can take the train to Stralsund.

A large shopping centre with a filling station and supermarkets is located about 3 kilometres from the Citymarina. The city centre has shops for all your daily needs.

Ozeaneum, SV Gorch Fock, Old Town and the marketplace of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
